Maurice Harron

Maurice Harron is an acclaimed artist and teacher known for his public art across Ireland, the UK and the USA. An Alumnus Illustrissimus of St Columb’s College, he was born in 1946 and grew up in Derry. He studied at art college in Belfast in the mid to late 60s and taught art for almost 40 years in Belfast, Roscommon and Derry. Over the past 25 years, he has worked from his studio and home foundry in Burt, County Donegal. This website documents just some of his magic work. Now retired, he can be contacted at:
